Description

Panoramic ocean views from every window. Floor to ceiling casement windows, sky lights, open air deck, designer appointed furnishings, WiFi, Netflix, land line, luxurious cotton bedding, five star executive accommodation. This condo boasts a kitchen that is made for cooking, with all the appliances you would want along with spices and condiments supplied. The property is beautifully landscaped, has a year round hot tub and a seasonal outdoor pool that sits right a tide's edge. Tennis court and play ground are also on the property. Nature abounds. You will see bald eagles, seals, river otters, blue herons, and even pods of orcas swim by. It is serene and breathtakingly beautiful, overlooking a rugged low bank coast line. There are wonderful hiking trails and kayaks can be rented at nearby Ladysmith. There is a dock for mooring boats and for fishing, and the beaches are filled with clams and oysters. There is a fire pit on the shore for nighttime campfires and marshmellow roasts. If you want some retail and nightlife, then the city of Nanaimo is only a 25 minute drive away. There is wonderful theatre in nearby Chemainus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iris (the owner) a message.

If Iris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
