This jewel of a property boasts a brand new kitchen and bathroom, granite and quartz counter tops, wood floors, two decks, skylight, cathedral ceiling, open concept large dining room and living room with modern furnishings, lovely art work, pressed log burning fire place, a cook's kitchen with everything you would need (dinner service for 16, basic spices, tea, coffee, and condiments supplied), and best of all, this condo has an unobstructed view of the ocean. The grounds of Inn Of The Sea are beautifully manicured, gardens, large arbutus and cedar trees everywhere, three shared BBQ's, an outdoor seasonal pool, year round hot tub, tennis court, play ground, beach fire pit and ample free parking for guests. It is a romantic get away into the heart of nature. Ask the owner if you would like to have this condo expand to a two bedroom to better suit your needs. The second floor hotel suite can be considered the second bedroom for this unit at an additional cost of $60 a night. This arrangement needs to be handled privately with the owners. In the photo section, this second bedroom is called 204.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iris (the owner) a message.

If Iris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
