Description

Play golf at Quail Creek Village. The house is so relaxing. Bright and airy. Tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. There is a separate laundry room. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the bathroom has dual sinks. The walk-in shower is just great. There is a bath tub in both bathrooms. The lanai looks over the waterway and the golf course where seabirds and turtles will be seen visiting. Eat all your meals here on the patio table which sits 4. The home is in a gated community with large clubhouse with breakfast and lunch served daily and evening meals on a Tuesday and Friday. The home sits on an 18-hole golf course where guests are welcome to play. There is a double garage accessible from the kitchen. There is a powder room off the vestibule for visitors.

Quail Creek Village is just 5 minutes away from the I75. Going south on the I75 you can be in Olde Naples in about 25 minutes. In Olde Naples you will find not only upmarket boutiques but also wonderful art galleries. There are periodically street art shows which attract many residents and travellers. Within 5 minutes of Olde Naples is the Naples Botanical Gardens. This is truly the most attractive botanical gardens I have ever seen. Allow yourself a good 2 hours to wander through the Caribbean gardens, the Florida gardens... well, just go on the website and see for yourself. You can proceed from there eastward and see the Everglades. Ride the airboats. Cruise around the bays.

House rules

The homeowners' association does not permit leases of less than 3 months. The lease has to be approved although this is theoretical but a fee of $100 is required on submission of the application which the owner will furnish after payment has been made to secure the booking. There is a cabana and pool directly opposite the house and the cabana can be booked for parties and other events. It is a very quiet neighbourhood so noise is not heard!

How do damage deposits work?
