Description from owner

Description

The house is located in a pine forest of 1000 hectares, in Is Arenas, a seaside town in the municipality of Narbolia, with about 6 km of sandy beach with a sandy bottom. We are immersed in nature in West Sardinia, in the province of Oristano, the house is 500 meters walk from the first stretch of beach, in a residential complex of about 100 houses, very independent. The house has a spacious living room with kitchenette and a small internal balcony where you can have breakfast and enjoy the green of the pine forest, in the living room we find a comfortable single sofa bed. From here you access the two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds and also to the bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The garden is spacious and allows you to stay in a comfortable relaxation area with garden furniture and a practical and spacious barbecue area, there are no fences but only wooden fences. From here, an external staircase leads to a roof terrace where there is also a partial sea view and ample privacy. We are in one of the largest green lungs of our island, the pine forest of Is Arenas, in a virgin and uncontaminated landscape, with stretches of crystalline sea and various accesses to the beach between dunes and stretches of pine forest, with areas where you can practice nudism and free traits where you can bring your pets. A place able to evoke a world of colors and intense sensations, one of the most fascinating beaches of the Oristano area, adorned by the woods of Montiferru, an extensive green area of western Sardinia. The name means 'the sands', specifically 'sand dunes' and are among the most extensive in Italy. A small desert, reforested since the 1950s, with pines and acacias, because the dunes risked expanding and desertifying the interior. Today it has become a vast green area, where there are pine trees and a golf course. Is Arenas (or sas Renas) extends for almost six kilometers: it is one of the longest beaches in the Oristano area, bounded on the north by the tip of Torre del Pozzo and to the south by a canal that connects the sea and the Is Benas pond. The central (and largest) part of the beach falls within the territory of Narbolia, the southern part is of San Vero Milis, the northern part of Cuglieri. The beach has a background of yellow-reddish sand with golden reflections, mixed with pebbles and shells on the shoreline. In some places you will admire very white grains of rice that are immersed in clear waters. Behind the panorama is dominated by the woods of Montiferru, while towards the sea you will see Capu Mannu, the northern tip of the Sinis peninsula and the protected area that includes it. It is often beaten by the strong mistral, so it is frequented all year by windsurfers. In such conditions, entering the water is not recommended but observing the sea will give intense sensations. The beach is accessible to the disabled, has ample parking and is suitable for campers, there are also campsites, restaurants and bars. The central stretch of the west coast, in the province of Oristano, is made up of beaches of fine sand or quartz grains that alternate with cliffs. Not to be missed just north of Is Arenas, s'Archittu of Santa Caterina di Pittinurri (Cuglieri), one of the symbols of Sardinia, and the beautiful beach of Putzu Idu. To the south is the Sinis peninsula, which boasts three pearls of absolute beauty in the territory of Cabras: Mari Ermi, Maimoni and Is Arutas. Going down the gulf you will find the Torregrande marina, the town beach of Oristano, and San Giovanni di Sinis, near the archaeological site of Tharros.
