Welcome to estate "Traditional."We are in the first leg of the Chalkidiki peninsula between New Potidaia and New Fokia, 65 km from Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport.In an estate of over 2,000 sqm, 400m from the sea, gathering traditional Greek hospitality, building with natural stone pupils in conjunction with chestnut wood, one house of 140 sqm with lovely view.The house is divided into two independent levels, individually, can accommodate up to 8 people. Provides fully equipped kitchen on the first level and auxiliary cafe with fridge and in the second, comfortable beds, a bathroom on each level with hot and cold water, and utility wc, air condition, paddling pool for the summer and independent central heating for the winter while with large traditional fireplace. Strategically positioned a terrace 50 sqm covered with pergola. Stone paths lead to barbecue and wood oven elements necessary for your membership in Greek traditional cuisine. Perimeter prying eyes stop fine leyland offering moments of privacy, relaxation and xenasias. The garden 800sqm lawn and various fruit trees.The location of the property is key, and manages to combine dives busy or deserted beaches of Halkidiki, which is awarded with 32 blue flags, archaeological searches, nightlife, participation in numerous artistic events, religious tourism and seeking their fortune in the casino of Porto Karas.The estate is traditional at the disposal of all interested parties throughout the year.

GENERAL INFO

1.The owner will be there for the keys and will answer anything the guests would like to know.

2.Linen and towels are provided and renewed every week.

3.On the day of arrival the visitor gives 200 euros to the host as a deposit and on the day of departure, money refunded back.

4.Heating cost is not included in the rental price.

“Perfect Stay”

I stayed in the villa in July 2015 with my family (my husband and my little daughter - 1 years old) and with three other couples with babies. The house is amazing and very comfortable. It's spacious, clean, practical. The garden is big and allows to do many things as play with children. The BBQ in the garden is very nice and we used it almost every night :) . The house has all facilities that are necessary for great vacation. Magnificent beaches are only within a few minutes drive. And finally, the owners are very friendly and charming and they do the best to feel like at home. We thanks them for everything and hope we'll see you again. Highly recommended!!! “Perfect stay!!!Ideal place for families”

I stayed in the villa in September 2013 for 2 weeks and had an amazing time - one of my best holidays ever. The villa itself is lovely. It's spacious, clean, and practical. I don't think for the duration of our stay we were ever found ourselves wanting for anything. Certainly one of the best villas we've stayed in. It has loads of outside space as well, including a lovely, huge balcony. Barbeque is also available, not to mention the owners vegetable garden, where fresh vegetable is available every day. The location is quite silent. However, you're a very short distance from a beautiful little town Nea Potidaia, which has everything you need in the way of commodities, as well as some excellent restaurants and bars. Additionally it is a perfect place to explore the whole Haklidiki by car or bus. Magnificet beaches are only within a few minutes drive.You can easily have access to Kassandria or Sithonia or even to to Holy Mount Athos. If big cities is want you want, Thessaloniki is only 45 minutes drive. Finally the owners, whom we dealt with to book the villa, are absolutely lovely. They were happy to give us tons of advice on where to go and how to make the most of our time there. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful house in a beautiful area”

We had a very nice holiday in a nice and comfortable house with a perfectly maintained garden (gardener comes weekly!). The BBQ in the garden is beautiful and was very often used as well as the large fireplace in the house (wood is available!). The owners are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is them too much; they were always ready if we had additional questions. We went in the beginning of the Easter holiday and we were the only one on the beautiful beaches. I can fully recommend this address and its owners, we would like to come back. The house is divided into 2 separate living units so it is also ideal for 2 families or a large group of friends. In our case, my husband and me used the upper part of the house and the children (3) slept in the lower part. In the living room in the upper part is the fireplace and there we were in the evening. The covered terrace is very fine and we spent a lot of hours together there. The house has no seaview but the sea is nearby; you can easily walk to it.

Owner's reply: Mara and her family were very nice people, well intentioned and extremely communicative. It was my pleasure to meet them and of course to accommodate them to my house. Highly recommended for future hospitality.

How do damage deposits work?
