Description

This has to be one of the best properties in the Tanca Piras village in Nebida with amazing sea view.

This property is owned by a very good friend of mine and lives outside Sardinia so has asked me to look after the property on his behalf. Furnished to a very high standard by the owner and is a very clean property,you will not find another property of this standard in the complex.

The property is situated at an elevated level above the other properties,with views over the Golfo del Leone which is the name of the massive bay which goes from Masua to almost Portoscuso,with views of Carloforte and Sant'Antioco,Pan di zuchero,Fontanamare,Portopaglia,and the open sea of the Mediteranean,where you can watch the sun go down most evenings from the balcony while you sip your night cap on a warm summers evening.

On entering the house you will find a large and comfortable living and kitchen area with air con which is well equiped with a fully modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher,hob,oven,plenty of cupboard space,a very large fridge and freezer,tv,sofa,also full of light and lighting,patio doors leading to a large balcony with table and chairs for eating outside etc.

Also downstairs there is a large bathroom with a large shower,basin,wc.bidet,washing machine,window with sea view.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,bed 1 having a double bed,wardrobes,bedside cabinets with lights,window with a sea view,air con. bed 2 has a bunk bed for 2 persons with a small bed underneath if wanted.

At the front of the house there is a small garden area with grass and shrubs, parking outside.

Nebida which makes up part of Iglesias is a small village on the south west coast of Sardinia,in the village you will find most small shops,mini market,bars,restaurants,etc taxi and bus services daily to Iglesias and some beaches. There are no cash points in Nebida for that you will need to go to Iglesias about 15 mins by car or bus.

In Iglesias there are many banks and a large covered market and full of different restaurants,shops etc lots of big hyper markets etc.

Beaches close by are Porta Banda,Masua,Cala Domestica,Fontanamare,Punta Serena,Porta Paglia. All these beaches have soft sand and easy parking.

For the more active person this area is good for mountain bike,trekking,rock climbing,horse riding,surfing,snorkeling,sailing,fishing. And much more its all here even with a guide if wanted.

House rules are can you please leave the property as clean as you found it and pay for any lost or broken itiems. Can you eat at the table not in bed or on the devan. This way the property will remain in good condition for everyone. Many thanks. Stephen.
