Description

Casa Mario is situated in a village called Tanca Piras which is located overlooking the sea on the south west coast of Sardinia, with swimming pool, bar, restaurant in the complex. In the town of Nebida, which makes up part of Iglesias and Carbonia.

The property is set high up and overlooks the swimming pool, grounds, and the Mediterranean sea.

Inside the property there are 3 bedrooms, ( but only two are available for use) so it has 2 very nice bedrooms both with a panoramic view of the sea, both have air conditioning, wardrobes etc.

There are 2 bathrooms, a large living area with a modern kitchen, table and chairs, devan, air con, tv, etc.

The large patio doors take you to a large veranda with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, This property is of a very high standard and very clean and will be much sought after, The property will sleep up to 4 persons and is great if you just want to chill out.

Close by in the town there are some shops for food etc, bars, restaurants, buses and taxis all within walking distance.

This are has some fantastic beaches with the closest being Masua, Fontanamare, Cala Domestica, and many more so it is always best to hire a car and explore this wonderful coast.

Iglesias is not far away where you will find the larger supermarkets, banks etc. There is a regular bus srevice to and fro also a direct rail link to Iglesias from the airport, so for the more adventurous type who dont mind walking this is perfect.

This is a great area for trekking and mountain biking and becoming very popular these days, also i can find and arrange guides etc for those who wish.

Also have you ever wanted to ride a horse along the beach under the light of the moon, or take control of a sailing boat as you sail around Carloforte the island of San Pietro, then drop anchor in a small quiet bay while you snorkel and have lunch, yes all this can be arranged for you, but i recomend you book in advance.
