PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This beautiful villa with 4 apartments and private pool is located in the quiet village Nedescina 6 km from Labin and 10 km from the popular seaside resort of Rabac. Thanks to central heating, the apartments are rented all year round. The villa has 4 rental units: 2 smaller for 2-4 persons and 2 large for 6-8 persons. All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a private balcony or terrace. The rental price includes electricity, gas and water, pool use, WiFi, bed linen, cooking utensils and dishes, toilet paper (only on arrival). The air conditioning can be used for a fee of 6 € / day. The friendly landlords are active in viticulture and produce Istrian Malvasia, Teran and Muscat. Guests of the house can buy the wine directly from the host at an affordable price. In the small garden grows seasonal organic vegetables from which you can help yourself. Upon arrival, after the long journey, all guests are served cold drinks in the apartment.
