Two queen bedrooms (one with en suite), one 'kids' room with two bunkbeds + a single daybed, and a brand-new queen sofa bed in the living room. This is a fully-legal, City of Nelson-inspected Vacation Rental Home (Business License #5065). Off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Beautifully-furnished, executive home for rent. 1,700 sq feet, 3 bedroom 2 bath (master en suite). 400 square-foot covered patio provides full south-east through north-east views of Toad Mtn, the City of Nelson (including airport), West Arm of Kootenay Lake, Elephant Mountain, and north towards Kokanee Glacier Park. Tons of seating and eating space on the covered deck, including institutional-quality stainless steel prep tables, eating space, bbq and cold-water sink.

It's stocked like home: from crockpots to blenders to a full range of kitchen staples and place-settings for 12, you'll find that this home is not like most other vacation rentals.

Fully renovated to modern style, including 6 new appliances and completely re-done bathroom.

Easy entertaining via sliding glass doors from the open-concept kitchen/dining room onto the patio. Covered parking for two vehicles (full-height carport accommodates SUVs).

Open-concept living room and work space; comfortably seat 10 people in all-leather furniture.

Ready-to-move-in, with a fully-stocked kitchen with place-setting for 12. Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have queen beds, and bedroom 3 (perfect for kids) has bunkbeds plus a twin daybed. All linens, down duvets, towels, etc are provided.

Wi-fi with Apple TV and Netflix, Blu-Ray DVD player with 32″ LCD TV, and a wide selection of movies and TV shows on DVD, and more than a dozen different family/board games means that there’s always something to do.

Two minute walk to the Rails-to-Trails for great mountain biking and hiking. Twenty minute drive to epic powder at Whitewater Ski Resort. 15 minute walk downhill to downtown Nelson's restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Secure storage for skis, bikes, and other gear. Covered parking for two large vehicles. All-in-all, it's a great family home to use as your own for your stay in Nelson!

We live in a fully-separated suite on the lower level; the only thing we share is the large driveway that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Everything you see pictured here is part of your rental.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
