Description

Modern, bright two bedroom detached villa. Located in quiet area just 10 minutes walk to Burriana Beach and 15 minutes into town. It has a double bedroom with patio doors onto a terrace with fantastic mountain views. A twin bedroom, full bathroom with bath and shower, lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the pool and mountain view. Lounge has free to view TV, DVD, and fans/air-con and pay as you go WiFi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. It has a large garden with own private pool,gas BBQ, sunbeds and patio furniture.Air conditioned throughout.

This delightful villa is just a 10 minute walk to Burriana Beach where there are a lot of restaurants and bars. Restaurants and bars are also within a few minutes walk. There is a supermarket just across the road where they bake fresh bread everyday. Also, the Nerja Club Hotel is just a stroll away where they have good entertainment and singers every night! In the summer months it is wonderful outside around the swimming pool!

Prices for Wifi is 19.99 euros for 1 week, 29.99 euros for 2 weeks. All info in in info pack when you arrive and is very easy step by step set up.

Getting around

A car is not necessary, however if you want to avoid walking the hilly roads then taxis are very reasonably priced and the best option to getting around. There are also buses you can catch in town centre if you want to go exploring along the coast or up to the mountains.

“Great villa, fantastic pool, central location”

This was a great villa with a fantastic pool. Villa was well equipped, comfortable and everything you would expect was provided. The air con in the bedrooms and living area were essential! The pool was a good size and although not heated, the water never seemed too cold. Was cleaned on a regular basis. One thing to be aware of is there is a charge for WiFi - this was not made clear on the website or at time of booking so we were disappointed to find we needed to pay for it on arrival. Might not be suitable for very small children as there was no banister on the stairs going up to the second floor and there is no children's shallow area in the pool. However great location as quiet yet close to amenities. Very close to supermarket (walking distance) with others close by. Nearer to Burriana beach (10 minute walk) than Nerja centre (25-30 minute walk) but plenty of restaurants and bars in both. Nerja and the surrounding area is a lovely part of Spain. Would definitely recommend this villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lucy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
