The USP of our apartment is, we provide the services of cook included in the price and who is available there 24*7. Stays in the servant quarter build on the roof of apartment. So he can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, as per your taste.

Greater Kailash is considered to be one of the posh areas in South Delhi and home of well-known politicians, business personality and people associated with Bollywood industry. Greater Kailash Part II, which has easier accessibility to the Outer Ring Road of New Delhi.

M-Block, GK II is a popular market, with many restaurants and coffee shops and sanitary shops.

House rules

After a lot of bad experiences with electricity wastage/misuse by guests, we have now implemented a policy of charging Electricity separately on actual usage (you will be given start & end meter readings). This helps prevent abuse of this resource as we don't have a key punch out system like hotels. It’s in your hand, how much electricity you wana spend and how much wana save. But essentially, you now pay for what you use and we find this policy to be fair to everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

If Chintan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
