Effortless Check In with Smart Lock. 3 Bed Room, Lounge, Full Kitchen & 2 washrooms. Sleeps 8. GK1 M Block & Kailash Col Markets and Metro 400m. Free Tea/Coffee, Bread Butter Cheese cold drinks on arr. 3 TVs- Tata Sky. Airtel Wi Fi/BB. Airport 15kms. Homemade Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Rs 150/meal/person. Parking

You get full privacy in the independent apartment on the 2nd Floor of the house. Your group gets 3 Bedrooms and a Family Lounge/Party Hall very tastefully furnished where you can invite friends for a reunion get together or a Birthday etc. There is a LED TV in the Lounge with Tata Sky .There is arrangement for complimentary Tea, Coffee and hot breakfast can be prepared using the ingredients stocked in the fridge like eggs, bread, butter, cheese, cucumber tomato etc. There is a full fledged Kitchen with a Microwave Oven, Toaster, Egg Boiler, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker, Gas stove etc.The 2 bathrooms are hygenic, spacious with hot/cold water facility . The furniture is a blend of traditional and contemporary. The aprtment is built over 2000sqft so you have AMPLE space for your group/family.

The 3rd Bedroom has a King Size Bed.

The Family Lounge has a large Sofa Bed whch can be set up if there are 8 members in the group.

Clean set of Linen, Towels , Quilts (with covers)are provided.

All Bed Rooms have Air Conditioners for summer and Blower Heaters for winter.

There is a spacious dining area next to the kitchen with a Large Dining Table and Six Comfortable Dining Chairs.

A Fully Automatic Washing Machine is installed for your use so you can travel light.

A fridge is available for stocking of food and raw materials.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals comfortably using the cooking utensils provided including Pressure Cooker. However if you need anything else just call us on the phone provided.

All bathrooms and Kitchen have hot water heaters.

There are glasses, cup saucers, cutlery , serving dishes for 8 persons.

Free Teabags, Sugar, Milk Sachets, Cofee sachets are provided by us.

Cleaning Soap, Gel. Handwash are provided on arrival & refilled as and whenever you ask.

The Independent Apartment is located on the Second Floor.There is no restricted space. The lift is used by residents of ALL apartments in the building- it is a common lift. The other apartments on the Ground, First and Third Floors are the private property of their residents. The space inside the apartment is available for you entirely. You may use all the 3 Balconies or enjoying a smoke.

Paid Airport Pickup So That You Reach The Apartment Easily. Rs 800 for 4 persons in Suzuki Baleno car. Airport drop Rs 600.
