This grand loft in the heart of Tribeca has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a professional kitchen, and a laundry room.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

The loft is located in the block between Broadway and Church Street, half way between Canal and Chamber Street. The closest subway stop is two blocks away, on Franklyn Street (Red Line), while the Blue and the Yellow lines are within 5 short blocks.

The bedrooms feature the following accommodations:

Master Bedroom: #1 King-Size + #1 Full-size beds;

2nd Bedroom: #1 Queen Size bed;

3rd Bedroom: #2 Twin-size beds.

The loft has many steps and ladders, and it is not suitable for small children or for people with walking disabilities. The rental price is function of the number to people that need to be accommodated. Minimum-stay policy is one week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
