Description

We are a professional couple in our 30s and we have an extra apartment in our brownstone building that we love to sublet. We know how hard it is to find clean, nice, and reasonably priced accommodations as a visitor to our city. What you see in the pictures and listing here is what you get! Since we live in the building we are available 24/7 should you need any help or have any questions.

The fully furnished and renovated apartment is located on the third floor, with bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher!), and all the amenities you could hope for. It is a completely private apartment. The living room windows have southern exposure, looking onto the street, while the bedroom windows look onto the very quiet and peaceful backyard. There is a shared luxury washer/dryer in the basement and the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking.

The bedroom has one brand new queen-sized bed. The living has a slide out queen size sleeper sofa. There are also two extra twin air mattresses available if needed.

If you are traveling with a child, pack n' play, blankets, toys, and books can be provided.

Hair dryer, curling iron, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, CD player/radio, linens, and towels all included.

We are in a very safe neighborhood, only 10 blocks North from Central Park, and a short walk to the A,B,C,D,2,3 subway lines. You can be in midtown Manhattan in about 15 minutes on the express trains!

We are also close to many amazing restaurants and great nightlife. The grocery store is only three blocks away. A guidebook with area maps and take-out menus will be provided, plus free high-speed WiFi. Parking in the the neighborhood is free and relatively easy.
