Relax in a historic, Brooklyn brownstone, private 2 bedroom, 2nd floor with a large, bright, living room and fully equipped galley kitchen with dishwasher.

The larger bedroom overlooks lush back gardens and features a queen bed, built in closets and en-suite bathroom. The smaller sun-filled bedroom features a double bed and overlooks our quiet, tree-lined street. The listing is replete with details from the 1800's, including hardwood parquet floors and two beautiful marble fireplaces. It is tastefully decorated, private and comfortable, with ceiling fans and air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge. Equipped with cable TV and dedicated 300mbps Wireless WIFI. The listing accommodates 4 people comfortably.

Located within a family home with access through the main shared entryway on the parlor level and one flight of stairs up to 2nd floor.

Only 20 minutes by subway to downtown Manhattan and in walking distance to many other great Brooklyn neighborhoods like Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights and the Brooklyn Bridge Park. Free Car Parking on all local residential blocks. Taxis are in abundant supply for those who prefer less walking!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
