It is a SUPERIOR Suite on the upper floor and handsomely furnished with a very comfy queen bed and a sofa bed for 2 in the grand room. There is a walk-in-closet and an En suite full bathroom with tub and shower.

The PINE Suite´s second room comes with a cushy, pleasant queen bed. This way up to 6 guests can sleep in the suite.

Besides the TV there is a fridge, Hair dryer, and clock radio in the suite.

Each suite has a TV, hair dryer, clock radio, and fridge.

The SUPERIOR suites on the upper floor have an En suite bathroom and a walk-in-closet. In the grand room, you´ll find a queen bed and a sofa bed for 2, in the second room is another queen bed. 6 people can sleep in either suite and have a pleasant Rest.

The EXCELLENT suites are on the main floor. There is a queen bed in 1 room; the 2nd room has a sofa bed for 2 and a single bed. 5 people may sleep in either suite.

All suits at Susan´s provide complete privacy and a great deal more than the needed amenities which make even a longer stay comfortable.

Owner's reply: As you can see, these are MINOR complaints, but when you are mostly sleeping and bathing at a B & B, they are easy to notice. We would definitely stay here again. The location, value, cleanliness and friendliness are all excellent for an enjoyable stay in Niagara Falls. Minor complaints should be brought to the manager to take care of it. Edwin

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Shaoling (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
