Description

Fully Detached 2 storey house with private drive. This vacation home is completely yours to enjoy during your visit. There is a front porch and back yard to enjoy our beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The backyard is fenced and gated for children's safety. The main floor has a living room, dining room and a kitchen with fully stocked gourmet tools. Second floor has an office to relax or work a little, 3 cozy bedrooms and a newly updated bathroom. During your stay all bedding, towels and toiletries will be provided. Conveniently located near restaurants, library, drug store, cafe's and liquor store. Tim Horton's and Basell's diner just steps away.

Niagara Transit has year round local transportation with easy to navigate website. And for strictly enjoying the entertainment districts there is WEGO. Great low cost to get to all the venues, sites, attractions and dining without the hassle of driving, traffic and parking fees.

We are available through email, telephone and text. Our home is romotely monitored and all guests have the option of a 24hr self check in procedure. Wi-Fi access, parking for up to 3 vehicles. Due to basement renovations, laundry facility available upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Victoria (the owner) a message.

If Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
