Description

Butterfly Cottage is a delightful spacious cottage with an open concent layout. Butterfly boasts a cozy feel due to the beautiful wood plank floors, the exposed beams and the architecturally interesting way the house was professionally refurbished reminiscent of the styles of Frank Lloyd Wright and his ability to bring the outdoors in.
Any questions please click the Contact Manager and Elsie Mae will be happy to respond! Elsie Mae and Jason will be your hosts during your stay and we are local! The town of Niagara on the Lake requires that all vacation rentals and home sharing be licensed and insured. All Niagara Holiday Rentals vacation homes comply.


We accept visa or mastercard and all payments to Niagara Holiday Rentals are in Canadian $. High season is between May and October, low season is Nov to April (except the holiday season). In Canadian our rates range from $295 to $450 Canadian, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Butterfly Cottage Highlights:

A covered wraparound porch means you can enjoy the out of doors in any weather! The back garden is a private, tranquil oasis with a pond and black berry bush, and yes, butterflies!!!

The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and a unique butcher block countertop with plenty of room for you to prepare your favorite meals and the wooden dining table is large enough for everyone to gather around.

The main floor bedroom has a queen bed with a cabinet to store your clothes. The main floor bathroom has an easy access shower and tub. The great room is spacious to gather around and watch the sunlight warm up the room. A log fireplace keeps your warm on those chilly nights. Walking up the open wooden stairs brings you to three more bedrooms (2 queen beds and one with 2 twin beds) with plenty of storage and closet space. The upstairs bathroom showcases a claw foot tub/shower combo.

The minimum age of the primary guest who responsible for the house because they booked it is at least 25 years of age.

Butterfly Cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens and we will even throw in free wine tasting coupons for our world famous wineries.

Parking for four small cars or three larger ones.

The community pool is a 25 minute walk away and is open from mid June to Labour Day weekend. There is a daily fee for the community pool!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
