Airlie Cottage

Airlie Cottage is a charming, newley renovated cottage situated in an ideal location. This vacation home offers guests a delightful home while enjoying all that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer.

LOCATION
Approximately 10 minute walk to Queen Street, where you will find shopping, restaurants, golf, parks, gardens and the world famous Shaw Theatre.

You don't need to walk that far though. Airlie Cottage has restaurants and coffee shops across the street and within a block, and the most delectable bakery where you can pick up your muffins, bagels or a delicious croissant to have with your morning cup of coffee. Across from a convenience/grocery store, bank, bakery, upscale dining and family style restaurants, for your convenience. No need to bring anything with you. There's even one of most Canadian's favourite coffee and donut places on the corner. There are also bike rentals (pedal and ebikes) within a block of the house.

DESCRIPTION
This vacation home showcases 3 bedrooms including Master bedroom with ensuite as well as another bathroom with shower/tub combo. All beds have fine linens and comforters and towels are provided. A spacious, airy, sitting room and dining area with wide sweeping windows adjoin each other. Perfect to let the sun shine in before you start your day.

The fully equipped kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances is ready for you to prepare a meal for the group/family gathering. We even supply you with a start of coffee, tea and sugar so that you can have a quick `pick me up' as soon as you arrive.

Lower level is finished and is an ideal place for the children to run around and play, perfect while you're preparing dinner or for a rainy afternoon. A fully stocked laundry room can also be found in the lower level.

Let's not forget about the gem of a backyard. It boasts a beautiful secluded gardens which is fully fenced, again a children’s paradise! A large patio with brick interlock is accessed off the hallway, unwind and relax on the outdoor furniture and BBQ/grill. A splendid area to enjoy that morning cup of coffee (and possibly something from the bakery across the road!) and then later an el fresco meal and a glass of Niagara's Finest Wines. Does it get any more relaxing than that!

The minimum age of the primary guest who responsible for the house because they booked it is at least 25 years of age.

- The person who booked and paid is the primary guest and is responsible for the action of other house guest! The primary guest must be staying for every night of the booking!
- For insurance purposes the primary guest must be 25 years or older.
- No more than 6 people including all children! Names of every house guest must be provided! Names of all children under 18 years of age must be provided! This information is required so we are complying with the town license to operate a vacation rental in Niagara-on-the-Lake! (Airlie Cottage as well as all Niagara Holiday Rentals properties comply with local bylaws and safety requirements.)
- No overnight parking on streets allowed in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake!
- No Pets allowed!
- No smoking

We accept visa or master card and all payments to Niagara Holiday Rentals are in Canadian $. High season is between May and October, low season is Nov to April (except the holiday season). In Canadian our rates range from $295 to $350 Canadian, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
