Circa 1840 you can enjoy the original plan floor and take in the 3 season view of the Niagara River!

Located just steps away from the land mark Gazebo in Queens Royal Park you can enjoy the popular downtown area with the shops and theatres as well as the parks and trails that take you along the Niagara River.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, this is the perfect spot to park your car and walk, hike or bike for the duration of your getaway from the every day holiday!

Ship Builder’s Cottage is a bright and airy cottage, perfect for a small family or two couples!

Original part of the house has the main floor living room and the master bedroom is accessed by beautiful French style doors!

The open wooden staircase takes you upstairs to a large landing/study area where there is pull out single bed.

From the living room go down two steps to a large sit in French style kitchen with a harvest table. Off to the side is the bathroom (claw foot tub with shower conversion) and laundry closet.

Ship Builder’s is a charming, cozy cottage in a great location close steps to all the highlights Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer.

The house is professionally cleaned, includes heat and central air conditioning, free WiFi, and free parking.

The town of Niagara-on-the-Lake requires that all vacation rentals and home sharing be licensed and insured. All Niagara Holiday Rentals vacation homes comply.

If you have young children, please have a close look at the stairs. They are steep, open, wooden and maybe not suitable for little kids. We just want to make sure you take a close look!

We accept visa or master card and all payments to Niagara Holiday Rentals are in Canadian $. High season is between May and October, low season is Nov to April (except the holiday season). In Canadian our rates range from $199 to $295 Canadian, plus applicable taxes and fees.

The minimum age of the primary guest who is responsible for the house because they booked it is at least 25 years of age.

The community pool is a 10 minute walk away and is open from mid June to Labour Day weekend. There is a daily fee for the community pool!

Walk out to the back deck from the large back deck with a 3 season view of the Niagara River!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
