The Hoppys, (Amitha and Hoppy ) are privileged to welcome you to their B&B in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Remember, we serve a fantastic Breakfast, we are sure you willenjoy

The home has two bedrooms and ample room to sleep a total of 6 adults. We are adult-oriented but welcome guests with kids. We are located in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake along with the famous Shaw Festival theatres and world renowned wineries. It is a true destination year round. The region is nestled in its own micro-climate and world famous for its phenomenal "Ice Wines" "The benchmark", for everything classy. We have something for everyone. The kids will enjoy Niagara Falls, Marine world, Lundy's Lane, the Butterfly Conservatory, the Jet Boat rides, over the river shopping and much more.

Each room has its own facilities. one is an ensuite. We also have the extra bed in its own alcove aptly named 'The Forget-me-not', at a nominal charge, for those traveling with more than two persons. We have all you need to be relaxed, and be connected too.

We have taken steps to provide you with all you need to enjoy your holiday so just remember to bring your toothbrush and clothes. The rest is provided by us. But in case you do forget something, we do have plan "B" and will make every effort to make you comfortable.

Guest may use the pool between 10 am -9 pm .This pool is private and you may use it only when owners are home. Children of all ages are not permitted in or near the pool unless parental supervision is provided. If pool is covered please do not roll up the cover. You swim at your own risk. Our insurance policy does not permit guest to use the B&B kitchen /BBQ and fridge. We love a clean place and so do all our guests, We are a 'no shoe' inside the house policy, due to common allergies and germs we request guest to observe our concerns and request so everyone can have a great time.

We are discretely there anytime you need our help, but for first time B&B guests we wont cramp your style. You can use the pool deck, the Great room and the pool (see terms and conditions) Be mindful we have year round neighbours who value their quiet and privacy so do try not to disturb them. All food and drink can be enjoyed at the pool side(no glass , or breakable items) We do not allow food or drink in guest rooms. smoking away from doors or open windows and only outside. ..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
