Located in a beautiful neighborhood between the port of Nice and the famous Mont Boron in a beautiful condominium.

The apartment is refurbished with in a modern and luxurious way with all the amenities in order to provide the to ours guests the superior quality to enjoy their holiday in Nice.

The terrace offers a spectacular view on the scape of Nice, the Bay of Angels, the old castle and the port.

As u can see, the apartment is bright, has one bedroom with high quality double bed with excellent mattress and a living room with pull out double bed.

There is nice and modern bathroom with shower rain and toilet.

The kitchen is full equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher.

On the terrace, the extendable dining table with 4 chairs and a relaxing chair

including private and safe parking space and 2 swimming pools and a garden.

“Excellent Condo”

This accommodation is in a quite area but very close to all that Nice has to offer, a ten minute walk will take you to the port and surrounding restaurants. There is a bus stop outside the property which will take you to Monaco and Monte Carlo for 1.50e. Buses run in the opposite direction which will take you into Nice central,But you can also walk this in about twenty minutes. The facilities within the condo are very good and we cooked breakfast,lunch and a couple of dinners. The view from the balcony is magnificent and sitting having breakfast is a pleasure. The pool and kids splash pool and surrounding areas are always kept very clean. Noelle who will great you on your arrival is very friendly and will get you settled in with no hassle.Philippe the owner is always available via e mail if you have any questions. Overall i would recommend this property very highly and when i am back in Nice this will be my first choice.
