Description

ATHOS BLUE NIKITI D1 is a newly developed complex in Nikiti Chalkidiki just 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the marina and town center where all the restaurants and cafes are. It's location is ideal because it is in a quiet place without the noise but close enough where all the action is.

The apartment is 62 m2 in the second floor and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, wc with shower and 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds, and a big balcony with table and 6 chairs overlooking the gardens with the palm trees and the swimming pool.

It also has a private parking space, free wifi, a swimming pool for adults and one for kids and a children's playground.

It can accommodate up to 5 PERSONS.

You can go walking to the beach and town center but it's recommended to rent a car so you can see the best beaches and beach bars in the area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
