We offer a unique blend of the sea and the land - both in the magnificent view and what activities are available to all.

When you arrive, we provide a copy of organized, family-oriented Park activities, including: Green Gables activities, campfire stories, nature walks, rainy day activities, free high-speed internet, learn how to BBQ seafood and taste the results, and get ready to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen.

Our pine interior, 2 bedroom cottages have been recommended “Where to Stay” by the The New York Times . Handmade accessories & curtains, quilted bedspreads, immaculate full baths and exceptionally equipped full kitchens are charming and worry-free characteristics of our property.

The sound of the ocean greets you each time you step onto your private, spacious deck with a picnic table, deck chairs and propane BBQ provided. We also offer fully-equipped laundry facilities, wireless internet service and a pay phone for your personal use. Cable T. V, microwaves and electric heat add these comforts of home. We have just this year added a beautiful heated salt water pool with both a shallow and deep end depending on your family’s needs and wants!

An’ all ages play ground provides children ample room for kite flying or just burning off that extra energy while Mom & and Dad capture the far-reaching shoreline view. The local fishing fleet is a common sight as well as the farmers on the hillsides as they tend to their crops. Pets are allowed.

Our baby-sitting service gives Mom & Dad a chance for a night out at theater productions or gourmet dining, if that’s more to their taste.

Photo opportunities on the Island are fabulous - as a matter of fact, our central location gives you accessibility (within 2 hours) to enchanting or experiences you may wish to explore at any location on the Island. Alternatively, the sunrise reaching beyond the ocean horizon, is more breathtaking.

The activities in out area are endless; Jogging/ biking lanes adorn the Gulf Shore Road, Savour captivating views from the 1.5km board walk snuggled between North Rustico Village and “the harbor.” Family Fun Parks, Fishing (either deep sea fishing or kayak expeditions), museums,9-hole/18-hole Pro golf courses, bird-watching, Surf N’ Turf restaurants, unique gift shops and exploring white sand beaches. Grocery stores , a liquor outlet, a banking machine and World Famous Lobster Suppers are all located 1 mile away in the Village of North Rustico.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
