We have provided private confidential house management/Personal Assistant services to celebrities across the globe. Now retired from this career we want to offer our care and passion for service to create a relaxing enjoyable getaway for you.

Our luxury fifth wheel is more like a home than an rv and is located on a beautiful gated private acreage. A short five minute drive from Swartz bay ferry and a quick 10 minute drive from the airport. We are a 15 minute walk to the ocean and surrounded by numerous walking/running trails that winde through our beautiful forested areas. Bring your bikes or rent them as we are surrounded by incredible cycling paths including links to the renowned galloping goose trail.

The lovely full height private bedroom contains a plush kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets with goose down comforter. There is plenty of storage offering an 8 drawer dresser, full closet, reading lights, 32” tv, wifi, cable, Netflix, air conditioning/heat, ceiling fan, stereo and fully tinted windows.

The full bathroom offers a shower with glass enclosure, a place to sit as well as stand with a hand held shower head that also can be placed in holder for hands free showering. There is plenty of storage for your toiletries with a stand alone sink with mirror and of course toilet. Large heated water tank.

The main sitting area presents pure luxury with reclining sectional seating, two separate reclining chairs, electric fireplace, 46" tv, ceiling fan, stereo, heating/air conditioning, central vacuuming and storage. This area also offers a queen size pull out bed complete with plush mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, comfy pillows and a cozy goose down comforter.

The kitchen has everything to help you create your own meals. It is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee press, tassimo machine, blender for fresh juice, toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, cups and of course wine glasses. A free standing table next to the large window gives you your choice of seating for two or four guests. This lovely gourmet kitchen has corian counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, microwave/convection oven, and full refrigerator including freezer. There are also large fully tinted windows overlooking a grassed acreage where deer frequently visit and sleep.

Getting around

Public transportation for the Saanich Peninsula is provided by BC Transit via the Victoria Regional Transit System. Multiple bus routes link Sidney to Swartz Bay, Victoria International Airport, Victoria and Sooke. Pacific Coach Lines provides bus service between Victoria, Vancouver, and Whistler via the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

Interaction with guest

If you are arriving to the island we offer a free pick up from Victoria International Airport, Swartz Bay Ferry terminal or Washington State Ferry in Sidney. All 5-10 minutes from property. If no pick up is required we will be there to greet you and get you settled. We live on site but in no way will we be in your way but are available 24/7. There is also an on-site butler who is more than happy to help you with any questions you may have. He is also available for private tours to Butchart gardens, Victoria, wineries or anywhere else you might like to have an adventure. This can be arranged in person, by phone or emailing directly with him through this ad.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
