A thirty second walk out the condo door and you're standing on one of the most beautiful beaches in North Carolina! This 537 square foot oceanfront 1st floor condo offers incredible beach front views of North Topsail Beach, NC. The same views can be seen directly from the private balcony, and even while preparing food in the kitchen. Park in front of the building, travel across the garden walkway, go up five decking stairs, turn to the left, and you'll see the door to this adorable unit. As you enter, to the right a long hall with two bunks will be your first view. Look to the left and walk through the door, and you'll be in the private cozy bedroom. At the end of the hall you'll find the living room and full kitchen.

Go out the sliding doors, and you'll be on the balcony with two Adirondack chairs with a full view of the beach and ocean. If the building was 300 feet closer, you'd be able to dive off the balcony into the ocean. This beautiful beach and a room for six guests make this condo a dream for families and couples alike on a budget who wants the beach front access! Topsail Reef features 8 condominiums with 30 units each. This condo features a tennis court and easy access to the beach. The interior was decorated by the prior owners, but has reminders all around to relax. With classic light blue, white, and tan colors, you'll have no problems getting into beach living. This unit contains one bathroom with a tub/shower. The bedroom has a super comfortable new queen bed, and the living room features a pull-out air/coil queen bed which can be just as comfortable as a standard bed. The bunks are two singles in the hallway and are ideal for children up to age twelve.

North Topsail Beach, the beach you'll be viewing while eating breakfast every morning is one of those world renowned "untouched" beaches of North Carolina. Being at the end or northern end of north topsail beach, this unit offers the wonderful option of enjoying both the beach, and with taking a ten minute walk north, will take you to outstanding views and access to the ocean sound just around the corner. Wake up early, and the sunrise coming up over the Atlantic Ocean will absolutely take your breathe away.

For those interested in "theme park" type action and entertainment, the Sweet Escape is NOT the place for you. This place is ideal for couples just wanting to enjoy being together, sitting on the beach, wading/body surfing in the ocean, and reading the novel they've never gotten around to reading. For those who hate to cook in their every day life, you might find it's more enjoyable when you can view the ocean while preparing food. In addition, for some reason, everything tastes fantastic after you've been out on the beach all day, so anything you make will be wonderful! For those wanting to skip the home cooked meals and dinner dishes to dine out, head down the road to Surf City, or Sneads Ferry about ten to fifteen minutes away and you'll have access to fresh sea food and small town restaurants.

Okay, I'm here, now what? Well, this beach is magical for those willing to let go. Take time to re-connect with nature and go for a walk up north on the beach. Play with your children and allow them to choose the activity. You might find that simply collecting sea shells will be one of those moments they'll remember for a lifetime. Watch how the ocean "plays" with your children and allow them opportunities to see the natural beauty of beaches. Choose a type of sea shell and collect it or a type/shape/size of a rock and see how many you can find. Grab a book, and head out for time to read and re-connect with entertainment in your mind. Grab a body surf board, and head out to the mild waves to see if you can ride them, or on a calm day, just use the board to bob on the water.

Our welcome packet and tips and tricks will help you get the most out of your trip, but just remember, each time you go, you'll be better prepared to enjoy this place to its fullest. Just like the first time you go to a yoga class is not as good as the twentieth, so is going to the Sweet Escape each time a sweeter escape.

1 Towels and Linens are NOT provided in the rental unit and may be brought from home, or may be rented separately through a delivery service . Be sure to order early to ensure timely delivery of linens during high season. If you would like help with ordering, simply call my cell phone, and I'll help you order.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
