Beautiful 3 bedroom 21/2 bath ocean view townhouse. Right across to private beach access to uncrowded beach. 5 decks with ocean and sound views-gorgeous sunsets. Private dock with gazebo. 2 kayaks, large hammock, deck swing and more. Sleeps 8 no smoking no pets. Dining table seats 6 and 2 at the counter bar. You will love the peacefulness, beautiful views and proximity to the ocean beach and sound. Fish, or crab off the dock, launch your kayak to visit the beautiful islands in the sound with aquatic wild life such as ospreys with their nests and more. Use our binoculars to view the wildlife and water views from one of our decks. Return from a fun sun-filled day at our beach and enjoy a glass of wine or beer overlooking our sunsets before dinner. Bed linens, towels and house cleaning is INCLUDED in price. Check in 3pm Check out 10am

How do damage deposits work?

If Greg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
