MAJOR REMODELING 2018 and Jan 2019. .will be finished jan 30 2019 and photos will be updated. 2 new completely remodled bedrooms. Both expanded size.New flooring throuout house.80 percent inside freshly painted, 3 new skylights. 5 new larger windows, 3 new tvs, new roof. New siding, remodeled tiki bar, new landscaping, some new furniture. Pet-friendly property has the best of both worlds. The front of the home provides wide-open unobstructed views of the ocean while the back of the home overlooks the winding canal and intercoastal waterway. This uncrowded portion of the beach is accessible just across. Property is situated between 2 public access paths

Steer your boat and be in the deep waters of the Atlantic in just 10 minutes or simply relax and take in the wetlands, wildlife, dolphins, birds and boats from either the front or backyard.

It is an ideal location where you can enjoy the beach and also enjoy your private boat –fishing-crabbing dock, private boat ramp and intercoastal access. It is perfect for boating, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing or just enjoying the views. Relax in the calm tranquil canal water on a float. There is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers. There is also a large enclosed PRIVATE POOL 28’ x 14’ with lots of decking, chairs and loungers to relax in. In addition, enjoy a cool drink or a game on TV at the 8-seat fully decorated and equipped TIKI BAR. The bar has views of both the ocean and intercoastal and has everything you need; expanded cable TV, Blue Ray / DVD player, stereo, 2 large refrigerators. 1 blender, sink, dart board and lighting. It is fun for everyone. You can also enjoy the HOT TUB that connects to the Tiki bar and also overlooks both the ocean and intercoastal.

There are more than 700 feet of wrap-around decking and 2 private decks off of 2 of the upper bedrooms. This home has 2 living rooms …… great for letting the kids have their own space, There is also a children’s crib, high-chair, children’s gates, enclosed pet area, beach cart, 8 expanded cable TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one in the Tiki bar). TV' are high definition flat screen 3 smart TVs, Blu-ray player. The full equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor near the side door to help avoid dragging sand from beach towels through the house.

Kids and adults will have fun with provided amenities such as corn hole, Bacci ball, lots of board games, horse shoes, 3 picnic tables, numerous lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, covered deck area with patio furniture, washer dryer, stereos, 3 outdoor hot-water enclosed shower, high-speed wireless internet.

Spend the morning at the beach then relax in the pool. After that fish from the private boat dock, then enjoy relaxing having a cool drink watching the sun set at the tiki bar and/or hot tub overlooking both the ocean and intercoastal. Evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows and star-gazing at the fire pit in the backyard overlooking the canal.
