1215 Shipwatch Villas is an oceanfront condo unit located in North Topsail Beach. This unit offers a very spacious and open floor plan designed for maximizing family entertainment. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 large full baths, with tub and shower combinations. This unit has recently been accessorized and newly decorated with a light and bright modern design décor. Shipwatch Villas has something for everyone, whether you enjoy going to the pool, soaking up some rays at the beach or simply having a family cook-out, you can enjoy all that is offered in this great oceanfront community.
As you enter 1215 Shipwatch you will first step into a small entrance foyer adjacent to the dining area with adjoining kitchen to the right. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small appliances. All major appliances are stainless steel which includes a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. In the dining area you will find ample seating to accommodate 8 with 6 at the dining table and 2 at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is very spacious and is decorated with light and bright modern colors. From the living room you will enjoy the great views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean as well as direct views of the oceanfront swimming pool. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying that morning cup of coffee while watching the Porpoises as they troll down the shoreline in search of their early morning meal. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV/DVD and WiFi is provided throughout the unit. There is a queen sleeper sofa provided to accommodate those extra guests as well as plenty of additional seating to accommodate family gatherings.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit as well and provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. The master is equipped with a private full size bath with tub and shower combination.
Down the hallway, well separated from the Master you will find the second bedroom which is equipped with a full size bed and a twin bed which will accommodate 3 in this room alone. Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a full size bath with tub and shower combination.
In this same hallway between the two bedrooms you will find a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
With lots to do at Shipwatch Villas why not come to enjoy and experience a fun filled beach vacation. This unit offers many great amenities, including parking, outdoor grilling area, elevator, washer and dryer, TV’s and DVD, WiFi, covered oceanfront balcony, a large oceanfront pool and easy direct access across the sand dune and right down to the white sandy beach.
PLEASE NOTE: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
