You can sleep up to 7 people in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. It is a super easy 10 min walk to the Novalja city center (1 km). Beach Zrče, many bars, restaurants, and the biggest supermarkets are next door and walkable.

Cozy, new apartment in quiet neighbourhood but close to Novalja center and Zrče beach with all bars, cafes and supermarkets.

Apartment is south oriented, completely furnished, in a new building, modern furniture, air-conditioned, consists of a hallway, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a roomy terrace overlooking the garden with barbecue area. Apartment is on the ground floor and has its own parking space in front of the building.

Two beds pulls side to side, and third bed is an extra bed (matress) which you pull out and place anywhere in bedroom or living room.

For every room and pull out sofa I provide fresh linen (two sheets per bed and pilowcase), blankets and fresh towels.

Also in room you can find iron and ironing board.


In living room there's a pull out sofa which folds out into a bed for two (140x200cm), if needed. Fold out system is easy and bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

On small LCD tv you can watch local programs while resting on sofa. Kitchen table fits 7 persons.

From the living room you can exit to lovely terrace which is on the south side so there's lots of sun throughout the day. In front of terrace there's small garden with private barbecue which you can use. Barbecue is equiped with grill and everything necessary.


It's fully equipped with all necessary cutlery, plates, dishes, pans, glasses, mugs, kitchen towels etc. Kitchen has neccesary apliances that you'll need during your stay like an electric cooker with 2 cooking rings, refrigerator, oven, microwave.

My kitchen is always well stocked, with a vast array of all neccessary spices, sauces, oil, flower etc. from our travels. So there's always something interesting at hand, any specifics can be bought within a short walking distance. As we mentioned before, apartment is surrounded by a fantastic variety of restaurants, catering for everything from meat-lovers to vegetarians and everything in between.


For all guests I provide:

-fresh towels

-shampoo, bath, conditioner


- iron and ironing board

Guest can use whole apartment, terrace, garden with barbecue and parking.

I'm available for my guests 24/7. You can contact me at any time.

Getting around

For getting around Novalja and to Zrce it's better to use public transport (bus). For outside Novalja I suggest going with the car.

Interaction with guest

I'm always on hand for my guests. Me or my friend Anita will meet with guest in apartment for check in, give them keys and all neccessary information. During guest stay we are available 24/7.

1. Be aware that you have neighbours, other occupants/owners of apartments in the bulding, respect their privacy
2. Travel document/ ID is required upon check in
3. Keep your apartment keys safe. Besides the owner you are the only one who has the keys
4. Please do not make loud noise or listen to loud music at night (10 pm to 8 am) and keep it moderate during the day
5. Leave the apartment in the state it was found. Before check out please wash the dishes and take out trash.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
