Imagine landing at the Ibiza airport, getting in a taxi or your rented car, driving through hustle and bustle of the busy island and arriving at Villa Can Ramon.

The grand electric gate opens and you see your home for the next few days.

You walking inside, the fresh and cool air, feels so good walking in from that Spanish summer heat. You walk through the lounge. The comfy looking sofa gives you the promise of all the relax over the next few days....

But wait, there's so much more to see, slide open the patio door and there it is, your private fenced garden!

If you take few steps to the right you will see your very own swimming pool with sun lounges and al fresco dining area. This is where all the magic happens on those hot summer days.

The sun beds are inviting you to hop on, but not just yet...

You look around feeling content and exited about what adventures the next few days will bring.

Let's go back inside.

Check out that well equipped kitchen. It is on the bottom floor, right by the main entrance. If you are coming for a family stay, or simply like being able to eat your own meals in your own time and spending money on other attractions this kitchen will definitely become your best holiday buddy. It is large, modern and very well equipped.

Now, the staircase in the living room will take us to the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The master ensuite bedroom with walking wardrobe and a king bed and there is twin bedroom with bathroom in the corridor. They both have access to the gorgeous view terrace with sun loungers. The other ensuite bedroom with also king bed is on the ground floor. There is also two single sofa beds in the living room which can be pushed together to make a double.

This space will provide you with the breathtaking scenery and two sun beds to admire it on in a very relaxing ambience.

The third bedroom, also en suit, is at the bottom floor. You can access it form the living room.

So, are you in ?

This large property is the perfect setting for your holiday, ideal for groups and families. It is impressively decorated in a modern style, with vibrant art work and furniture, as well as being comfortable enough to treat as a home away from home.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. There is also a small shared bathroom downstairs. The living room is very spacious, with a plasma TV, led wall lights, dining table to seat 6 people and large doors looking out to the garden with a pool. The living room has cable and satellite channels. This has every free view, paid sports channels across the world, sky sports, sky movies, box office . There are also available TV channels from various countries and in many languages like: Canadian (FR), American, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Pakistani, Indian, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, Turkish and Australian. (Please note these options in different languages can change, please check before arrival).

The kitchen is a good size, equipped with everything you could need, and has another dining table for 6.

The outside area is likely to be where you will spend much of your time, with a large private pool, sunbeds, and a chill out day bed with shade. There is also a BBQ and outdoor dining table, exactly what you will need on those hot summer days and nights.

No extra beds can be added to the villa.

There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

CHECK-IN

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.

Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:

Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros

Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros

Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.

All these payments are paid on arrival at the villa.

We highly recommend hiring a car for this property. For the best and most reliable car hire services and airport transfers, just ask. There are regular busses that go via Jesus, you can walk into town in around 20 minutes and get a bus to Ibiza town. From here you can get to anywhere on the island, so if you don't have a car you are not far away from public transport.

Villa Can Ramon is located in such a quiet, residential area providing you with a perfect base to disconnect and chill. At the same time it is only very few minutes drive to the most iconic spots of the island. This location is unbeatable regardless if you are coming to ibiza to discover famous clubs or to explore the island during the day time. This is one of the very best strategic location island has to offer.

“Fab villa”

Just back from 9 nights at this villa, was very clean and spacious. Comfortable and had everything you needed. Had a few issues with fridge but both Bo and Tim where amazing host and fixed us up quickly. Highly recommend. Fab pool and garden. Good location too.
