Description

Our Home is a BLOCK AWAY FROM THE LAKE. Luxurious, spacious Lower Level executive suite Bright and Airy with ABOVE GRADE WINDOWS with its own sitting area, heated flooring, private bathroom with JACUZZI, WIFI and 55''LED smart TV. Steps away from Bronte Harbor, Coronation Park, shopping, restaurants & dining, nightlife and GO station. 1 hour drive to NIAGARA FALLS and 45 mins drive to downtown Toronto. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Max 4 people. Please note that the 4th guest will have to sleep on a single foldable mattress which will be provided by us.

Note - No overnight guest, No party, No drugs, No smoking. We expect that you treat our home as your own.

Getting around

Close to public transportation. Take bus/GO train or 45 mins drive to Toronto downtown and about 1 hour drive to Niagara Falls and the wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Take the nearby Go Train/Bus to enjoy sightseeing in Niagara Falls, Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake or Toronto Downtown. 2 mins drive to restaurants, boutiques in quaint Bronte Harbour and downtown Bronte and Oakville. You can also walk or cycle on the trails by the lake, or simply relax in your cozy room. Come and enjoy the peace and restfulness of this quiet retreat in a mature area of Bronte and walking distance to the lake.

Interaction with guest

Guest can access entire lower level suite & backyard. Laundry access can be given if needed. Entrance is through side door. Password to the keypad will be provided upon confirmation of booking and/or 1 day prior to the visit. Guest are welcome to use the lounge in the backyard. Please note: We can provide a single foldable mattress for 4th guest. We live on the main floor and top floor of the house. We are always available on phone and email and sometimes in person when needed for any questions you may have. We love meeting our guests, however we mostly leave you alone to enjoy your stay.

House rules

- Please Lock the main entrance and switch off the lights in the room after you have used and are leaving the room.
- Quiet hours 10:30PM to 7:00AM
- Please leave the suite in tidy and respectable great condition the way you found it in. Treat my place like you would treat your own
- Ensure ALL bed linens and ALL towels remain in suite before checking out.
- Reservations for 2 weeks or beyond, weekly cleaning is required at guest's expense for $25.00/week.

Why can't I call Tiya (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tiya (the owner) a message.

If Tiya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
