Feels like you are right on the sand! AWESOME VIEWS! Top floor, corner unit direct oceanfront! Lovely two bedroom condo has been recently updated with weathered wood look floors though out and coastal style furnishings and decor creating a cozy beach cottage feel... Perfect for your beach vacation getaway!A Place At The Beach I - Unit 2E...located on the West End of the island where wide sandy beaches stretch as far as the eye can see!

You'll be hard pressed to find better views or a better value anywhere else on the island! The condo is completely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. You'll find luxury memory foam mattresses on both the queen bed in the master and the full bed in the second bedroom...perfect for falling asleep to the sound of the waves! There's a stacked washer/dryer right in the condo (uncommon for most units) and also a coin operated laundry facility right off of the pool area. You'll also find 4 beach chairs in one of the closets so you won't even have to pack those! All you need to bring are linens, toiletries, yourself, and a desire to relax and just enjoy the sound of the waves and the peace of the ocean!

The condo complex has a private outdoor pool, a private beach access boardwalk right off of the first floor and an outdoor patio grill (charcoal) area for your enjoyment. The condo is about 1 mile from the island town center where several very good restaurants, an ice cream shop, a children playground/park, a putt putt miniature golf course and a children's museum are located...an easy leisurely stroll if you and your family like to walk

**2bedrooms - queen and twin beds in the master, full and twin beds in other.

**Sofa, though quite comfortable as a bed, does not convert to a sleeper. I actually sleep there quite often as the sunrise through the side wall of windows right above the couch is spectacular, not to mention the waves just off the deck.

**Flip Key only shows baths in whole numbers, and they count a bath and a half as 2 baths...so please note that while the en suite bath in the master is quite spacious with a full vanity, it is only a half bath. Very easy however to jump in the hall full bath for your shower and then head to this one for blow drying hair, makeup, getting ready, etc. Both baths are very nicely decorated!

**There is an ice maker in the fridge and a stacked washer dryer in the utility closet, both rare finds for condos in this building.

**Linens, paper products and toiletries are not provided. I'm happy to provide a reference for a Linen rental service if needed.

**While there are 4 beach chairs for your enjoyment in one of the closets, assuming of course that the renter in front of you left them, I can provide a reference for a beach chair service who rents chairs and umbrellas and will come out everyday to set it up and take it down, for an extra fee of course! :)

How do damage deposits work?
