Windjammer Unit 1 - I This lovely, freshly renovated, wheelchair accessible condo is new to our rental program. The private covered balcony lets you enjoy the oceanfront view and stunning sunrises, Let the elevator assist you to this first floor semi-handicap condo. After an all day travel to Ocean Isle Beach, you will get a wonderful night's rest on the brand new queen mattress in the updated master bedroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and is steps away from the semi-handicap, extra wide, bathroom that includes a roll-up sink and surrounding grab bars. Both bedrooms have cable ready flat screen TV's. The spacious living room, with an enticing oceanfront view, has been completely redecorated. The large, fully equipped kitchen, is semi-handicap with a drop sink, has room at the counter for eating and a dining table. This condo is the perfect place for families, or just a get-a-way for anyone. Come and enjoy the many updates that have been added to this lovely, semi-handicap, oceanfront condo all while you're steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Other amenities include: New ceramic tile floor and carpet, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker in fridge, a queen sleeper sofa, central air, WiFi, cable TV, DVD players, pool,charcoal grills.
Updates for 2018: New furniture in living room and bedroom.
Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This condo will rent for a three-night minimum before May 25 and after August 25. All other dates are weekly rentals only. The CondoAssociation parking regulations do not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts inparking spaces.
