La casa del sole is an apartment in a newly constructed residential complex is located in the central part do Olbia. Equipped with the most modern solutions is perfectly soundproof insulated. Decorated with modern furniture in addition to double room has a sofa bed for quick opening and closing to accommodate two guests. The House has a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor eating your breakfast or aperitifs. The large living room allows you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation inside.

“really nice”

We stayed 5 nights in this apartment, located on the third floor of a new block with a lift. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated with the necessary equipment, but very important is the parking lot in the courtyard of the building, because the exploration of Sardinia requires a car. It is a supermarket right at the corner of the street, and the road to central Olbia,which worth visiting, is 5 minutes by car, on the waterfront .Very nice the owner who waited for us at the apartment when we could reach there.

“Spacious, well equipped, great balcony!”

We loved the apartment. It is in a reasonably quiet area, about 15 to 20 mins walk to main area of town. However there are cafes and shops nearby. The hosts were very nice. It was very clean and well equipped, and very secure. We particularly loved sitting out on the large balcony in comfy chairs with views of the mountains (Some of the photos confused us but there are 2 other, smaller balconies). We hired a car and there is a secure car park with a dedicated parking space. It was really easy to access the wider countryside and beaches as the main street leads directly to the motorway system.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
