Description

In central and tranquil atmosphere, served as pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, shops; a short walk from the city park, ideal half of families and sports, recently renovated apartment for rent furnished in antique style for short periods. With separate entrance on the ground floor it consists of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms (one double with a possible addition for baby cot) storage room, garage and backyard. About 10 minutes drive from: Maritime Station, Airport "Costa Smeralda" and major energy coast beaches olbiese (Pittulongu). The train station can be reached by bus or about 10 minutes of walking. In just 32 minutes you can reach Porto Cervo, the most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda and Porto Rotondo in just 20 minutes and the Gulf of Marinella. The district for its centrality is equipped with public transport, with high frequency can reach Maritime Terminal, railway, airport, the beaches of Porto Istana, Marinella, Porto Rotondo, railway station, hospitals). The historic center of the city, lively at night with shows and several exhibitions of local craftsmen can also be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with: -Tools -Ventilatori -Towels -Sheets-dryer -TV -Awning alone -vaschetta to wash by hand. -Washing machine. - Coffee machine. -Mobile Wifi up to 300 MB per day -Termosifone in the bedroom, a fireplace in the kitchen and heaters in other rooms. Outside you can enjoy a large inner courtyard. The house is located in front of a stocked supermarket and near a car. The cost of electricity, water, gas, apartment cleaning are at our expense.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Caterina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
