Commanding villa ideal for large families or groups, Solar das Palmeiras features a private swimming pool, plus a smaller pool suitable for (supervised) children.

The extensive landscaped and walled gardens offer covered and open terraces and a fantastic BBQ area where you can enjoy grilling and eating al-fresco.

The overall feeling within the gates of Solar das Palmeiras is one of tranquility and peace. Ideally located just 15 minutes walk to the popular fishing village of Olhos de Agua with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and small bars. The golden sandy beach of Maria Luisa is just 20 minutes walk.

Upon entrance, the huge hallway features a curved marble staircase. On the ground floor, the living room has sofas and chairs and there is a circular dining table in the separate dining room.

The spacious white kitchen with dark marble work surfaces has an abundance of cupboards and features 2 gas rings, 2 electric rings, an electric oven, micro wave and even a separate built-in grill.

There is a laundry room, guest toilet area and 3 spacious bedrooms all on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has plenty of space for a baby cot, a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over and patio doors leading to a terrace.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over and patio doors leading to a terrace.

On the first floor Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 each have twin single beds, an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over and patio doors leading to a private terrace.

Each bedroom and the living room has hot/cold air conditioning. There is free wi-fi, a flat screen TV with a choice of some English and international channels and a valuables safe.

There is ample parking for several cars.

Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 minutes by car and the latter just 7 to 8 minues away. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins.

Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses. The 9 hole Balaia Village golf course is just 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Airport transfers can be arranged. On request, groceries can be provided - Please enquire when booking. Additional costs apply.

“Memorable Family Holiday”

Just want to say that if anyone is interested in booking this villa, take it from me - Gillion and Paul as guests - you will not be disappointed ! We have traveled around the world and stayed in many high class hotels and without doubt going on a family holiday, I could not recommend this villa highly enough:- completely private, not overlooked by anyone, two beautiful pools, bbq area big enough for a party of 20 and more! There are plenty of sunbeds (beach towels are there for your use), fantastic takeaway service for all tastes at your doorstep, thanks to Pedro who also will take you to any destination you choose to go - he will be at your gate at the time you wish to depart. It was a family holiday that brought us all closer together, and that is - in my book - priceless. Many thanks to Helen and Pedro that made so welcoming and special for us all.

“Great for family of 10”

Very impressed with the size of this place. Massive kitchen with good facilities if you intend to cook. More cupboards than b and q. All the bedroom are very big with good facilities but most are dated. All the beds were ok but not the pillows unless you like bricks. Lots of storage pace. The lounge, tv, dinning etc is good. Outside the BBQ area was great, both pools have have deep ends so keep an eye on young children. All the sun beds are getting worn out. Lovely setting, nice and quiet. Must have a car as the walk into town is across very rough land and you would not do it in the dark. I would have given this 5 stars but for the bits getting tired.

How do damage deposits work?
