This superb one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people and is part of a private condominium complex in Olhos d'Agua on the sunny Algarve. This second floor apartment is ideally situated with a views overlooking the gardens, pool & tennis courts with fantastic sea views.

Guests have the use of the communal pool, baby pool and flood-lit tennis court, or can simply sit in the sun and enjoy the immaculate gardens. There is also free wifi in the apartment & by the pool area.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen including a washing machine /tumble dryer, dishwasher & microwave. The open plan living/dining area is decorated to a high standard to make your stay as comfortabel as possible. There is a sofa bed that would sleep 2 young children, or one adult, and the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with fitted wardrobes & air con.

The complex is very family orientated and is just around the corner from all amenities such as restaurantes, a supermarket, the fresh food market , chemist , bank and the bus stop should you wish to visit the nearby towns of Albufeira or Vilamoura.

The beach is only 5-8 minute walk away and if you're up early you can see the fishermen bringing in their catch. There is a small square with bars & restaurantes centred around the beach which is great for enjoying meals out al fresco.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Large balcony and lively pool and sea views. Sun loungers where quite difficult to get unless you where at the pool early but plenty of grass area where we could sit until a longer became free. Luso Living who were the agents we booked with were prompt and efficient and dealt with any questions or queries before and during our stay. Would definitely to this apartment again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for a relaxing week's holiday. The area in which it is located is beautiful and it is only a short walk to the village centre, stunning beaches and local restaurants. The balcony is ideal for sitting outside for breakfast and catching the early morning sunshine with sea views. We ate in a few times and found both nearby supermarkets to be good value. The pool area was nice and quiet when we were there with plenty of sun loungers to choose from. I would highly recommend Vista das Ondas.

We returned to this apartment in June for the third time this year and again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from cafes, bars and restaurants and only a short stroll to the beach. The apartment is immaculate and has everything we needed - a little home from home and we can't wait to go back. Olhos de Agua is a great village too, plenty to do & loads of great restaurants, but close enough to visit the likes of Vilamoura and Albufeira too, so a great base. Excellent value for money and really can't fault this place!

“Spotless Apartment”

We visited this apartment in May this year and loved it so much we visited again in June! The apartment was spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard and is in a great location, close to numerous bars, cafes and restaurants and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The view of the sea and the mountains from the large balcony is amazing. Excellent value for money and we will definitely be visiting the apartment again next year.

We found the location of the apartments convenient for all the local restaurants and amenities. The pool was fantastic although could do with additional sun loungers as the complex got busier. There are no late night clubs or bars which meant no disturbances in the middle of the night. There is a lovely only a ten minute walk away. We would thoroughly recommend the area.

The apartment is stunning and well equipped for a great family get away. The area in which it is located is beautiful with not only a private swimming pool for adults and children but also a state of the art tennis court with floodlights, used only by residents of the apartment complex. The apartment has two large rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is also a fold down sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and there is a lovely dining area off the living room which was perfect. Each room has a balcony which the sun hits perfectly for most of the day. We also found that the apartment was extremely child friendly, clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The access to the pools and tennis court are secure with keys needed to enter these areas and are extremely accessible to the residents. Within walking distance of the apartment are lovely cafe's and restaurants which give you plenty options for eating out at night. The beech is also a 10 minute walk which is a perfect way to spend a day away from the apartment complex. The fact that it is only a 20 minute drive from Faro airport makes it very appealing. You can also reach Vilamoura and Albufeira within 10 minutes using a car and although we didn't use public transport the links to both areas are frequent. A great place to stay if you have young children with plenty to keep everyone occupied whether that be in the apartment complex or the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Vista das Ondas.

How do damage deposits work?
