Description

Fantastic apartment located in the very popular complex of Vista das Ondas.

Sleeping up to 6 pax the apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite plus a second twin bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room to suit your family requirements.

Open plan iving/dining area with TV (some UK TV news channels) a DVD player and dining table seating for 6.

Fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all other kitchen utensils and a great terrace to enjoy dining al fresco.

There is a shared outdoor swimming pool and children pool with sun loungers and shade. The well maintained gardens lead down to the tennis court if you want to work of some of those holiday calories.

The terrace overlooks the countryside with seaviews in the backgorund and enjoys sunshine in the afternoon and early evening. There is also a communal roof terrace with beautiful sea views and all day sunshine.

Wifi is available in the apartment if you need to keep in touch with friends or the office.

Also in walking distance are all amenities such as restaurantes, bars, chemist , a bank, taxi rank and bus stop if you want to venture further afield.

The beautiful beach of Olhos de Agua is a 8-10 walk away and you can enjoy the pavement cafes ideal for people watching and seeing the fishermen bring in their catch. At low tide great fun can be had in the rock pools so a fishing net and bucket is a must for the kids.

When booking this apartment for your holiday you can have total peace of mind as the Luso Living team, who will manage your booking, are based in the Algarve and are on hand to meet you with the keys to the property and provide assistance throughout your stay. Even for the most experienced traveller it's always nice to have a friendly face or someone to call should you need assistance.

Apartment and pool area were fantastic. Balcony furniture was 4 plastic chairs would of liked a couple of relaxing chairs. Showers could also of been more powerful but only minor things all in all a great holiday

Returned after such a lovely time last year. Apartment has everything you need including an extra fridge freezer. Beautiful views from balcony and roof terrace. Very quiet surrounding area with lots of cafés bars and restaurants just around the corner. Full air con in all rooms makes it very comfortable. Pool area nice and clean with a few more sun beds. You feel very secure with the security doors to each block. Will be back again soon and will use the same apartment,it feels like a home from home. Luso living staff very friendly and helpful and great communication before and after to return our deposit.

The apartment couldn't have been better. The only drawback was the pool area. There needs to be more sunbeds and umbrellas. You had to be there early if you wished to have a day around the pool, a lie in was out of the question by nine fifteen all beds were taken. Toilets around pool whilst clean had no soap for the whole two weeks we were there. LusoLiving Staff were very efficient as upon arrival there were a few plumbing problems the problems were rectified within two days. Lovely informative staff, knew the area. Travelling with a 10 and 16 year old WiFi would have been a bonus!

Response from the manager Were glad you enjoyed your holiday. It seems there is no cure for the worldwide epademic of reserving sunbeds in the high season of August ! We do our best by removing towels that are unclaimed to make it fair for everyone and there is plenty of garden area for sunbathing too. The recently built poolside toilets and shower area were opened in time for the high season but the soap dispensers arrived a little later -all is working now. Good news on the Wifi front it will be installed in the whole Condominium ready for next year.
