Mediterranean climate, beaches and multiple points of interest in the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the Algarve.
Typical beach near to Albufeira, Olhos d'Água still keeps the fishing
Beach's characteristics. Excavated in the cliff, the centre of this little beach was reconverted with modern and attractive infrastructures without losing the original architectural lines. On the centre of the adjacent beach and tooth sand, the Apartments Varandas do Mar have a privileged sight where the sea, the beach and the local commerce, and the cliff with Vilamoura in sight.
Enclosed with superior quality of construction and fully equipped, it have's direct access to the central square and the beach through elevator.
Albufeira is easy to get to if you fancy something a bit more livelily in the evening; a taxi from the nearby taxi rank will cost you approx 5 Euros. There are also regular buses to various resorts along the coast. Faro airport is approx 30km away, usually taking 20 minutes by car. A beautiful one bed roomed apartment that accommodates 4 people comfortably. Varandas do Mar overlooks the beach in Olhos de Agua, which can be reached by steps or lift down to the promenade. The resort has a choice of bars & restaurants, many serving fresh fish caught locally. This apartment is furnished to a high standard complete with super king-size bed in the bedroom, 1 leather sofa in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen including oven/hob, washing machine, freezer & dishwasher. The bathroom has bath/shower, hair dryer, toilet, and sink/bidet. The air conditioning units can also be used as heating in winter. The sun terrace has amazing sea views and overlooks the pool area which can be reached by stairs or lift, one floor below the terrace is furnished with modern outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers. The condominium has private gated underground parking with lift access. If you are familiar with Olhos beach our apartment is located at top of steps that come out by La Cigale restaurant on the beach

How do damage deposits work?
