The prestigious condominium is located in Albufeira county and it's very safe, fenced all around, includes beautiful gardens for children to play, swimming pool, etc. Quiet area, panoramic country views overlooking orange groves and it's perfect for your family. Unique place!

This spacious two bedroom apartment offers a living/dining room with double sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen with balcony and pantry, one bedroom with wardrobe and two single beds that can become a giant double bed, a complete bathroom and one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. For occupancy over 6 people will be placed up to 2 extra beds.

Located only 5 minutes from the famous beach Praia da Falésia (Portugal's number 1), Olhos de Água Beach (with it's attraction "Olheiros de agua doce") and Pine Cliffs Golf Course is very close.

In the picturesque village of Olhos de Agua there are a variety of local shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets at short distance from the property. This is a privileged area where Algarve's best hotels are located.

There is a local grocery shop, cafes and snack bars at a short walk, and bus stop at 100 metres where you can take the bus to go to everywhere in Algarve.

How do damage deposits work?
