Penthouse front line apartment ideally situated literally 200 metres to the beach, it is nestled between Vilamoura and Albufeira in the beautiful Portuguese fishing village of Olhos D'Agua. Imagine standing on a sandy covered beach looking up for the best positioned apartment, this is almost certainly the one you would choose! The enormous veranda of this penthouse apartment is very tastefully furnished complimented with panoramic sea views to die for. There are excellent walks along the cliffs and beaches then discover more restaurants than its possible to visit. We hope to welcome you to experience this ideal holiday base soon.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your arrival at the complex is after 7pm there will be an out of hours charge of 20 euros this is payable to the person who will meet with you.

The apartment is fully cleaned for your before and after your arrival and stays of 8 nights or more there is a towel and linen change. Extra cleaning can be arranged if needed for a local fee please ask for details.

“Quite simply marvellous”

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this gem of a penthouse apartment..the view out to sea from the huge balcony is amazing and makes for the most relaxing holiday. The apartment is lovely with all the necessities you would require and with access to the beach and many restaurants only a short walk away...there is really no aspect of this holiday base that dones not hit the heights. We would certainly consider returning and will pass on this find to friends and family. The resort itself is really quite quaint with a lovely sandy beach which retains its working feel with the fishing boats lined up on the beach and still used to this day...there are many fabulous restaurants to visit...all within walking distance...we used only the Portuguese restaurants which were fab if you like nice kebabs,fish or steaks...there are numerous Indian restaurants a Chinese a few Italians and a Japanese/Thai. Our favourite Portuguese restaurant was called O CANTIL and is found just up the hill away from the beach...we dined there 3 times in the week. There is a bus service available on the top road...bus times are available and although the buses are not frequent we managed to travel to Albufeira for the day which is worth a visit to see the old town and then walk to the marina for lunch in the many restaurants on site. We used one of the ticket companies again on the top road to travel to Vilamoura using there shiuttle bus service..it cost 10€ each return...we arranged a time for the return pick up to suit....we also used the company to hire their diver for the day and went to visit Lagos along the coast...a simply stunning charming place with fabulous beaches and a stunning old town and nice marina..we had lunch there..the cost may seem expensive at 50€ each but we saw many parts of the area with the diver that would not be available on an organised tour by coach. In summary a great holiday ...a great place...and a great apartment. Thank you Tina for allowing us to use your lovely apartment...

Had a lovely 10 days in Olhos D’agua in a lovely penthouse flat with the best balcony we have ever had. Security system in the complex was quirky but worked exceptionally well The village itself was not too busy but not sure what it would be like at the height of the summer season Finally we were received by Perry who was most helpful

Just returned from our fab holiday, perfect from start to finish made so by the fabulous apartment with the best views of olhos de Aqua. This is our 6th visit & wont be our last ✈️☀️☀️

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
