Description

Residential areas The living areas of the house are on the middle (entrance) level of the apartment. The large open living / dining room is furnished with a dining table, comfortable sofas, TV with satellite Freeview channels and a DVD player. Patio doors lead to the terrace with a view over the rear communal pool to the sea. Also on this level is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer function, electric stove, range hood, coffee maker, microwave, oven and fridge freezer. There exists a breakfast table and doors leading to another terrace with barbecue and a wide view of the front communal swimming pool in the mountains. There is also a guest bathroom on this level of the property. Bedrooms and bathrooms The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level of the three-story duplex apartment and are accessible via the internal staircase. One bedroom is a double room with air conditioning, doors to a private terrace overlooking the front pool and in the mountains, double wardrobes with a safe and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are double rooms with air conditioning, double wardrobes and doors to the shared terrace overlooking the sea. These two bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom. Outside the superb private roof terrace is situated on the upper level of the house and is accessible via an internal staircase (only for tenants of the apartments) accessible. This spacious terrace is fully equipped with wooden floors. There you will find a dining table with chairs, sun loungers, a traditional barbecue with sink and food Dangerous Preparations range, an additional Kühlschrank.Weiterhin the roof terrace is equipped with a Jacuzzi and not to forget: the beautiful view of the sea! For well-kept garden area includes two community pools with a children's area, a parking garage (2 places) and access to the back road that leads down to the beach Falesia. (About 150 meters) Location The apartment is located in a quiet area, a suburb of Quarteira (Varzera de Quarteira), a short walk from the beautiful Falesia beach. Local bars, restaurants and the Pine Cliffs 9-hole golf course are nearby. The coastal towns of Quarteira, Vilamoura, Olhos d'Agua and Albufeira are all just a short drive away. The final cleaning includes cleaning, pool towels, towels and sheets. Beach towels must be brought. Caution: In the winter months (November to March) may need to be heated by the air conditioning. The outdoor hot tub is not available at this time. The electricity costs are charged separately in the winter there. How do damage deposits work?
