Description

This small gated condominium stands only 500 metres from the magnificent, blue-flag Falésia beach, which stretches for five gorgeous, sandy kilometres as far as Vilamoura. Just 100 metres from the house you’ll find a small selection of local eateries, family bars and cafés, plus a newsagent, supermarket and tennis courts.

In nearby Açoteias village there’s a wider selection of local restaurants featuring Portuguese specialities, including grilled fish and sea food, as well as popular international restaurants, shops, a supermarket, bank, taxi rank and bus stop. Golfers can enjoy the scenic nine holes at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs in Açoteias. An easy 15 minute drive will take you east to Vilamoura, with its fantastic marina and world class golf courses, or west to the buzzing resort of Albufeira.

Falesia TownHouses comprises just 6 town houses with a swimming pool and neatly landscaped gardens creating a peaceful little oasis ideal for swimming and taking in the rays! Steps lead down to the pool area. Portugal Breakaways features one of these lovely dwellings, built in duplex style. The elegantly decorated spacious lounge has a comfortable sofa (coverts to a bed), two arm chairs, TV and dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is access onto a spacious furnished terrace with wicker furniture and cushions - ideal for outdoor chillaxing, which itself links to the garden. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with table and chairs and leads out to small terrace area. There is a family bathroom located on the ground floor. Upstairs, sharing a second full bathroom there are two Air conditioned bedrooms, a double with a private balcony and loungers for relaxing, plus a twin with an extra 3rd bed. Both bedrooms have their own TV's There are shutters on all windows and patio doors and fans are provided in each bedroom. The house can accommodate up to 6 people (plus a sofa bed). WIFI is available. It is ideally located for those who want peace and quiet, but also to be near all amenities.

“A Very Good Holiday”

A lovely well equipped & furnished house & pool area which met most of our requirements. Restaurants, bars & convenience shops were an easy 5 minute stroll away, most tastes seem to be catered for. The beach area was further away probably 15/20 minutes walk up & down hill & a final climb down & up a number of ( about a hundred ) steps consequently my husband who has a walking difficulty could only look at the beautiful beach. We also had an unfortunate incident , not the fault of management , which marred the end of our holiday, We would recommend the house to anyone but consider security on your visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
