Villa Doce Vita is a charming, single story villa with beautiful landscaped gardens and a large private swimming pool.

Appealing to families or groups seeking a relaxing location but within a few minutes of the coast, the villa is ideally located near to Olhos de Agua and just a short drive from the buzz of Albufeira.

Internally there is a spacious fully fitted white kitchen topped with a glossy black marble work surface. Integrated appliances include electric oven, electric hob and a dish washer. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in the separate laundry room, which also has plenty of storage space. Other appliances include micro wave, electric kettle and toaster.

The open plan living / dining room features a huge curved squishy leather sofa, marble dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV with a choice of some English and international channels and a wonderful rustic style fire place.

Curved patio doors lead out from the living area on to an extensive, covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. An outdoor table with dining chairs can be found here for you to enjoy your meals in the shade, with the charcoal BBQ also located close by.

A couple of steps down leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, generous wardrobe, valuables safe and en-suite shower room with a fabulous walk in shower and heated towel rail. Double doors lead out from the bedroom on to a south facing terrace.

The other two bedrooms both have 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading on to the terrace and share a spacious family bathroom with bath / shower over.

2 extra beds (suitable for children) can be provided upon request (but please note, this will make space in the bedrooms very limited), as well as a cot and high chair.

Villa Dolce Vita boasts hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms and free wi-fi. The house also is equipped with a security alarm.

Externally there are well tended gardens with ample grassed areas and pretty local plants, bushes and palm trees. The garden area is completely fenced and extremely private. Sun loungers are available for your relaxation.

Villa Dolce Vita offers peace and seclusion but yet is only approximately 1.5 kms from the wonderful beach of Maria Luisa and around 1 km to the nearest supermarket.

Air conditioning is included in the rental.

“Lovely villa break”

Wonderful 2 weeks holiday in this lovely villa. Helen welcomed us like we were old friends rather than guests. Towels regularly changed, felt very safe and secure. Good distance from things to do but would recommend car hire. Very cold pool as not heated however it was april so wouldn't expect to be in it every day!

It is true that sometimes in the early season the water of the pool can be a little chilly and this villa doesn't have the option to heat the pool unfortunately, unlike some of our other villas. It was a real pleasure having you to stay and we do hope to welcome you and your family back one day in the future. Thanks again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
