Description

Located 200 meters from the beach, this 4-bedroom villa is suitable for families or groups who appreciate the contact with nature, bike rides and the tranquility of the coast, without losing the possibility of enjoying the most diverse summer activities that are meters away.

The bedrooms are composed as follows:

• Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom

• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds plus 2 drawers, shared bathroom

• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be made together) with shared bathroom

• 1st Floor - Mezzanine above the living room with double bed, shared bathroom

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen so that you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends. The indoor dining area has a table for 6 people plus sideboard / wine cellar with 2 more chairs.

The living room has 2 sofas with 3 seats, 2 armchairs, 1 footrest, fireplace, good size TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Air conditioning is available throughout the house. As a heating source for the cooler days there is also a fireplace.

The basement has a snooker table and table football for the entertainment of our guests.

The exterior of the villa is manicured all around and has a small fish pond at the entrance.

The pool is 10 meters long by 5.5 meters wide and depths between 1 and 2 meters. It can be heated for an additional cost.

The outdoor is quite spacious and allows you to relax while sunbathing in the outdoor furniture and sun loungers or under the shade of the magnificent pergola that covers the outdoor dining area. This outdoor space has a charcoal B.B.Q. with a washbasin and next to it a table for up to 10 people, which will allow you to enjoy al-fresco meals with all the comfort.

Next to the outdoor dining area there is a fire pit that becomes very useful on cooler days.

Myself and five friends booked villa joy for a quiet break. The villa is perfect, lots of space, rooms, modern and a great outdoors area, pool etc. Would highly recommend this place and customer service was excellent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
