Description

Luxury Bicos Apartment Lucia is one of our apartments in complex Quinta Pedra dos Bicos and has a prime location in Albufeira just 400 metres from the beach, to which there is direct access.

There are many other beautiful golden sandy beaches in the vicinity, the nearest being Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulalia, both within 600 mts away, and 3kms will take you to the Fisherman’s beach in Albufeira’s Old Town. Just in 200 metres from Quinta Pedra dos Bicos you’ll find a tremendous selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants as well as the family friendly bars on the popular “the Strip” in the resort of Praia da Oura.

Bus stops and taxi ranks are also within easy reach. Quinta Pedra Dos Bicos Resort is a large complex of modern Apartments furnished to a high standard and all well equipped for a family self catering holiday. From the property there is an access (5 mins walk) down wooden stairs leading to a beautiful small beach where you can sunbathe and swim or walk to the next beach along Oura Beach. There is a popular restaurant on the beach perfect for lunch or drinks in the evening to watch the sun goes down!

This amazing modern 1 bedroom apartament (80m2) is located in a special place with only 5 minutes walk to the glorious "Oura Praia Beach". Secured underground parking available. The air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing mashine, microwave, kettle, toaster, with the new furniture and free WiFi apartment will help you to have unforgettable holidays.

The TV has a lot of different channels in different languages, among them:

- portuguese: RTP, SIC, TVI, etc.

- english: Channel4, itv, BBC, CNN, etc

- spanish

- deutch

- french

- russian and so on.

Our contact point is SolCafe if you required anything during your stay.

The outdoor swimming-pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace equipped with sun lounders. While you are having a fresh drink your kids may have a fun in the swimming-pool for children.

Within walking distance from the apartament is a supermarket - Intermarche, where you can find everything you need - from tasty hot bread till the old exclusive wine.

You can have a walk by a tourist train. For a nominal charge will transport you to the surrounding area mainly servicing Albufeira - Old Town. Within 5 minutes walk there is a famous English Street with a lot of bars and restaurantes.

We provide the clean linens once a week and fresh towels every 3-4 days except beach towels.A baby bed is available too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
