Sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) Casa Familia is a beautiful family holiday home with large private swimming pool and attractive gardens.

The villa is conveniently situated in the centre of Mas Mestre and is just a short walk to bars, restaurants, public swimming pool and local tennis courts. Vibrant Sitges and a number of beautiful beaches are just a 10 minute drive away.

The villa features 4 comfortable and good sized bedrooms, and the ensuite master bedroom enjoys its own private terrace.

There is plenty of outside space with large private swimming pool, 3 attractive terraces, a table tennis table, a bar football for the children and adults to enjoy.

The villa is just a 5 minute drive to the small town of St Pere De Ribes and is easily accessible from Barcelona, Reus & Girona airports.

Casa Familia is a delightful family house that offers excellent value holiday accommodation in a calm and tranquil setting. There are bars, restaurants and sports facilities within easy walking distance and the bustling seaside town of Sitges with its boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches are just a short drive away.

The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations and attractions are within an easy day trip distance.

Casa Familia can sleep up to 8 guests in 4 bright and comfortably sized bedrooms arranged as follows;

First Floor

Master Bedroom - double with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 2 - double.

Bedroom 3 - double.

Bedroom 4 - bunkbeds.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you need for your holiday. The lounge diner is bright and airy with a dining table seating 8 people and an attractive fireplace for those cosy out of season evenings. There are sliding doors from the lounge onto a delightful covered terrace for outside dining and relaxation. The terrace enjoys pleasant views over the surrounding hills.

There are attractive gardens to the rear of the property, which are well stocked with Mediterranean plants and pine trees offering cool shady corners during the heat of the day. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at front of the villa and no permits are required.
