The accommodation Small house mainly built of unbaked bricks, biological materials used in Sardinia to 100 years ago (ladiri). The house has a covered area of ​​about 50 square meters: 2 adjoining bedrooms on the first floor, entrance, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The house has a lovely inner courtyard overlooking the bathroom. The courtyard also has loft semi-covered area, equipped with table and barbecue. Rest and relaxation assured. Guest access The unit is fully available to guests who have the sole obligation to respect and preserve it. The neighborhood the house is in the center of Siapiccia, a village at the foot of Mount Grighine of about 350 inhabitants. Life is therefore quiet and peaceful. Opposite the house is a small grocery store offers the essentials for food and other household items. Other things to highlight the house although decorated in a traditional and sober offers you need: fitted kitchen, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, dishes for 4 people, washing machine.
