Villa Petra is furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from every room.

Villa Petra offers 4 double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) bedrooms, each with TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, free WiFi. One of the bedrooms has a spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views, and there will be the possibility to use a sofa bed for 1 person in two bedrooms. At lower ground floor there is a gym with TV, sauna, bathroom with shower, fifth smaller bedroom with sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm and TV. The ground floor offers living and dining area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, glass walls on south side and amazing, opened sea views, exit toward pool area, outdoor dining area and toward children playground with small playhouse and a slide.

The outdoor area offers 30 square meters heated pool, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, covered, outdoor dining area equipped with speakers, outdoor barbecue, toilet, and shower.

Possibility to rent 8 mountain bikes with owner as a tour guide in this area, and also the possibility of renting a boat, you can ask the owner for more details.

How do damage deposits work?
